A One-Woman Show in Toronto: A Little Bit Much, Sept 17


Chela Davison has been called too bossy, too needy, too masculine, too sweary, too sensitive, sometimes in the same week. She has notes on all of it.

A Little Bit Much is a funny, unsparing reckoning with the pressure to have it all and be somebody — and the unsettling realization that the standard was never reachable on purpose.

One night only at Sweet Action Theatre:

  • A solo performance about becoming, and about coming undone

  • Sharp comedy drawn from real life: work, love, parenting, striving, and failing to be palatable

  • Splaying the guts of womanhood, wanting, and the self-improvement industrial complex
